Actually, i need you to figure this one out and let ME know what to do! ;) But you could try putting cheerios in the toilet and tell him to aim for the center! ;)
I can feel your pain. We are still trying to do that with Ryan. He does really good at school but not so good at home. I have given up until this baby comes in a few more weeks so I told his dad if he wants to great other wise I will try again when I can actually bend over.

That was so stinkin cute when Landen called his Uncle Sage to tell him he went in the potty. I cracked up.
We did the potty dance, treats, called grandmas when it would happen. All the usual stuff. Mostly, I think it's all about sticking to it.
